I was able to get an appointment for the same day. Penny was very pleasant and listened to what I was trying to accomplish with my hair and offered suggestions. She explained how to style my haircut to hide my thinning area’s. I would highly recommend Penny and the rest of the staff at Design works.

From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed, and pampered. The whole experience leaves you feeling good and looking good. They pay attention to every detail. Every clinician is very professional. I have seen Jerica for many years now and I would never even think about going elsewhere.

I like the feeling of welcome. There is a sense that my presence matters, even if the appointment may be for my grandchildren. I received such wonderful care and fantastic haircut from Jerrica. Wow!
